Consulting: No. Although many consulting clients do find the process therapeutic and it shares similarities with traditional therapy. MLab Consulting sessions incorporate business concepts and productivity tools to support our work. Unlike clinical counselling, record-keeping in consulting is minimal and unstructured, geared toward productivity and organizational goals and not adhering to standardized registered clinical counselling requirements. While the boundaries and nature of the consultant/client relationship are clear, they differ from a client-counsellor relationship.
